    I love Tyler's singing: he's on key and he never misses a beat. However, every other comment in the book is either f--- this or that, about the benefits of drugs, or a detailed sex word/ act. Literally every other comment. You can't ignore it because it is literally everywhere. My opinion of him as an author ... one star. That is because I still like his music.

    This book was riveting and was an account of the ups and downs of a rock & roll band. Steven Tyler is an educated man which surprised me. He had support from his family at the early age of 15. His love of poems and the books his mother read to him made an impression on how he coordinated his music. Aerosmith is an awesome band and I have a better understanding of the words he writes. Read the book twice, it was that good.

    This book captured me and I was hooked after the intro. I'm not an Aerosmith junkie and chose this book for a school assignment, but am still enveloped in these words. Great way to express the content.

    For most people Steven Tyler was almost bragging about his drug addiction. But, I believe he was just taking ownership of what he has done. Also he delves into his personal relationship w Joe Perry and w his kids. Not a bad read.

    I have been a huge fan of Aerosmith for over 30 years. I love Steven Tyler's voice and his whole attitude on life is just hilarious. He's made his mistakes in like, like all of us have, but he owns it and goes o. Still believing I love and change and the future, however long one has. As I read his book, "Is the noise in my head bothering you?" I could imagine sitting in living room with him, talking about how Aerosmith made it. He writes just like he talks. Wide open! As a fan, it was fun to read and learn how my favorite songs were born. Thank you to all of the band members for great stories and the finding each other! A forever fan, Kim T. Pinehurst, N.C.

    I have been a Aerosmith fan since the late 70's. So this book was an obvious must read for myself. Upon reading it, I discovered it is a must read for everyone who knows who Steven Tyler is. It is a very well told story of his life as only a song writer can tell it. I enjoyed this book and you will too. Worth the money spent and the time it took to read it. Enjoy.
